This summer, BentBeat Productions is calling on passionate songwriters from across the country to enter our 2025 Summer Songwriting Contest – where heartfelt lyrics and strong melodies can earn you a studio session to bring your song to life!
Whether you’re a backyard strummer, worship leader, or seasoned troubadour, we’re on the lookout for original music with soul, sincerity, and staying power. This is more than a contest — it’s a chance to collaborate with a professional studio that believes in developing great artists and great songs.

How to Enter
To submit, send the following to songwriting@bentbeat.com -
- A simple demo (vocal + one accompanying instrument is perfect)
- Typed lyrics of the song
- Your full name and contact info
Official Rules
- Submissions must be original compositions.
- Songs must not be previously published or commercially released.
- No copyrighted or sample-based material is allowed (public domain use is okay).
- Multiple co-writers are welcome; all writers must be credited.
- Artists may submit a maximum of three songs total.
- All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on Monday, September 15, 2025.
- Winners will be announced by September 30, 2025.
